10/20/16To whom it may concern:Our office was contracted by [redacted] on June 7, to do roof repairs on his home located at [redacted] ***, Williamstown, NJAll work was completed as agreed[redacted] ’s mortgage company, [redacted] ***, required certain documents be completed by our office and returned to themOne of the documents did require a notary and it did take us some time to get this document notarized because the sales rep who handled his file was not able to get to the office since he was out in the field meeting with homeowners and adjusters on a daily basis[redacted] was getting very upset that it took so long for this paperwork to be completed which is understandable.BEST HOME RESTORATION,INC
