To clarify, there has been a misunderstanding. We do not add products to customer's orders without their consent. We have a tool that allows our customers to add another product if they wish to purchase more products after they purchase the initial order. In no shape or form, we would ever charge our customers for more products without their consent. And we have refunded the customer with her entire order $127.97 for any inconvenience.
