MrZ [redacted] called the Revdex.com office to share his position on complaint ID [redacted] MrZ [redacted] states that the customer came to the business checking on the price of tires without the car After searching the market, the consumer called back to confirm they wanted the tires Consumer brought in the vehicle The business noticed that the ball joint was shaking when working on the tires Business showed the consumer the issue, that the car was shaking Business has shared with the consumer that his work is guaranteed Consumer brought in a third-party mechanic to look at the issues that MrZ [redacted] found Third-party mechanic saw the issues, as well In regard to [redacted] stating that the business broke the vehicle, MrZ [redacted] states that he asked [redacted] if they inspected the car and they stated that they did not MrZ [redacted] notes that they've done no wrong-doing with the vehicle
