I have terminated my agrreement with this trash company at the end of April 2020 due to poor service!
My trash pick up day was constantly changing! Some times I would have to go another week before it was
picked up! I terminated ny service at the end of April 2020 and have now went to another company!
I have called several times to find out when they would pick up their trash cart! I was first told that they would do this in a couple weeks! I have called back several times and they tell me that they will put me on the list for cart pick up! I was also told that the *** dollar pick up fee would be waived! It now has been almost 2 MONTHS and still no one has contacted me to pick up the Trash Cart!
I have too keep calling but all they is that they are working on it!

Desired Outcome

Contact by the Business Pick up this Trash Cart within the NEXT 2 weeks! DO what you say you will do and STOP MAKING EXCUSES for not DOING WHAT WAS STATED ON THE PHONE!!!

Cancelled service, company failing to pick up their trash dumpster.
I cancelled my trash service via phone call on April 29th, 2020 due to trash not being picked up each week as scheduled. Since then, I have called four times asking them to please pick up the trash dumpster...it still sits at the curb to this day, June 4th, 2020. This company should not be allowed to be in business due to poor service, missed several pick up days and refund not given at time of cancelling. At this point I do not want a refund I just want them to pick up their trash cart. Thank you.

They finally picked up their trash dumpster.

Cancelled service and now they are making up stuff to avoid paying me for service not rendered. *** company
Owed 2 credit from Jan. Didnt pick up trash on feb 23. Cancelled service Feb 14. Called every week from Feb 7 thru. March 20 to get my refund and to pick up trash bin. They say U only had 1 cr in jan. Telling me bin wasn't out Feb 13 so they are charging me. Said my final bin was pucked up mar 19 when it was picked up Mon 3-23. Said I haven't called. They have lied and now cheating me out of money. This is an *** company. They are making rules as they go. They need to be out of business.

I want the full refund for jan 16 and jan 23 no service. 3 non pickups feb 13, 21 and 28. They owe me *** and are trying to only pay me

Until I receive the $*** I will not let this be resolved. Satisfaction guaranteed I do not believe. If that was the case then why did I have to call for 5 weeks to get the dumpster picked up and argue with them telling me they have the right to wait 30 days even though the dumpster had trash in it. Until I have that check in hand/cashed this is not resolved. I do not trust or believe them. They argued with me. How is that satisfaction guaranteed?

Our trash is not picked up weekly as scheduled quite often. When you call and ask why no neighborhood trash was picked up you get told that our trash truck is broke down. So, my trash that was to be picked up on Tuesday will sit for a week before they will come get it. This happens often or the trash doesn't get picked up on scheduled day that week.

They don't even deserve 1 star ! Takes forever to reach them on the phone then when you finally reach a person they have some excuse why they can't pick up your trash! It is happened numerous times .I called to cancel and says take 30 days to pick up cart and won't issue refund until then . Very poor service and very unprofessional!

Missed trash pickups. Unable to get through to office.Finally they called back. Changed company and offered to return cart to their office for refund.
Missed picking up my trash on several occasions. Can't get them on the phone after multiple tries. I switched companies after again they did not pick up trash. Their standard reply is it was not out. That is, excuse the pun "garbage." We paid in advance. The last straw was when an employee urinated in our road. I called and they claimed he was "dumping hydraulic fluid from truck." I asked to return their cart to their office and get a refund for services not rendered. They said they would not cut me a check then and that they could after 2 weeks and a review. I want to return the cart and get refund. They claim I owe them for a cart. I just don't trust them to send me a check. I will gladly return cart once they are willing to give me my advanced payment back.

All I am asking for is 1) 1 month refund for services not rendered. No stock promise to pay. Send me this small refund. Never bill me or contact me again. Your cart will then be promptly returned. I am not going to keep calling your office over and over again. You can see from multiple other reviews that that is a waste. You have my address mail me a refund check. You will then be given the cart which belongs to me since you owe me money. I always keep my word. Thanks

Cashed check after service canceled.
On *** I cancelled my trash service because of poor service. After 8 weeks and a complaint to the Revdex.com my refund was issued. On *** my bill pay service issued a check in error to BVS. BVS cashed my check on *** even though there was no service address to apply it. Devin stated on *** the check had not been received yet.

We process Accounts Payable twice per month (on the 15th and the last day of each month). The Customer should receive the refund check sometime next week.

Trash service company fails to pick up and to make up for missed visits. Grass damage.
Over last 2 years trash has been missed multiple times >120 times, sometimes they arrive 2-4 days late or entirely miss the week. Promises to make up for missed pick up are not followed through, nor is account credited. They missed this week and it is Saturday, Trash still on curb, 10 bags and 1 can, grass damage incurred. Spoke with customer service twice about it this week and promises are broken. *** and *** reviews also have same complaints.

Desired Outcome

I deman a refund for trash services for last 2 years. Too many missed collections and damages to lawn. May seek small court.

All solid waste found at the curb for *** addresses (both addresses -in violation of City *** Ordinance - shared one trash service without our knowledge for the past seven years and paid for only location) was picked up on Wednesday, ***. Trash cart was removed, and the account closed effective ***. Due to the high probability of litigation regarding false accusations as well as infliction of malicious, irreversible and significant damage to Goodwill through social media; we refrain from further comments.

up on ***. A man in the service dept. said he would have special pick up done. When my trash was not picked I made a second call to cancel the service on ***. *** told me the cart was not on the curb to be picked even after I advised her I put it out there *** at 11:30 p.m. She also said, my trash was not picked up on *** because the cart was not at the curb even though it was picked the following Monday. *** advised a refund would be made after the Controller decides to issue it. There was no set time when this would be done. It has been over 45 days of waiting for my refund.

Repeated failure to pick up my trash even though account is current.
Best value LLC continues to not pick up my trash even though my account is current. I have had to call them at least three times a week for the last several weeks to get my trash picked up. They continue to fail to send a trash truck by my house even though this is been a repeated issue. I have had service with them for *** years and it has always been problematic but this last month has been the worst.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to do their Duty and to complete their service as they said they would when I pay them. This is a paid service and I expect them to keep their end of the deal. If they continue to fail to provide services I wish to have a refund

I had trouble getting anyone to pick up my trash. They don't seem to care when you call to complain. I cancelled my service 11/14/2019 as of 12/14/2019 they still have not showed up to remove their trash cart.

I cannot get them to come get my trash regularly even when I call and complain. I have to leave my trash out for up to a week. I call and complain but that doesn't even work. I have complained multiple times and have been given several excuses. They have told me the driver said my cart wasnt out, I make sure it is out the night before my pickup day. For months it has been picked up twice a month at best and only once on the correct day. Yesterday I called because it wasnt picked up, today I watched the truck drive right by, didn't even slow down. Ready to cancel. ***.

My garbage is supposed to be picked up on Thursdays between 6:00AM and 6:00PM. 6:00 pm came and the trash hadn't been picked up. Their phone line closes at 5:00pm so I called the next morning (Friday) and told them my trash had been skipped. They told me I wasn't skipped, my garbage truck driver was out that day and out on Friday as well and so they would pick up my trash on Saturday. Nobody came. We called this morning (Monday) and were told our driver was still out. They said the only way our garbage would be picked up would be if a supervisor did it. And that it would be picked up today. It's now 4:30pm and our garbage still sits by the curb. At 5:00 their phone line will shut down and it will be another day before there is even the possibility of the garbage being picked up.

I have been their customer for 4 years and never had a problem,friendly drivers and very professional customer service,plus drivers take all the trash, up to bags 10 sometimes even more ,I honestly recommend this service to everyone..

I called on 6/20/18 to have my service stopped to do moving to a complex that provides this type of service, the lady I spoke to told me the process for picking up the container and when it would be picked up (6/30). We had sold our house and the new family moving in on the 1st of July. Also, that we would be getting a credit back due to still paid for the month of July. So, I thanked her for making this an easy process. My husband went by the property on July 1st, and the cart was still in the drive way by the house where she said to place it. I called today July 2nd spoke to a David, (needs training on customer service), said that it would be picked up in a month or so?? And did not see any refund due to us??? He also if something happens to the cart we would have to pay for it, I reinstated what the lady had told me on June 20th, he just kept repeating himself like a broken record, no empathy on his part. I asked for a Manager or Supervisor and he said no one was their and that he would email an Alyca in Arizona, I am sure he didn't go that extra effort. I asked for her number or ext. he could not give that out. But, there must be some hire-er than David I could have spoken to when I requested them. When someone assures you twice in the conversation that this and that will be done, you expect it. I pay my bill onetime, and all the times that they never picked up due to be a truck broke down or someone sick, I just understood, let them pick the trash up as soon as they could, I was very patience. I guess all the bad service, misleading the customer aka myself just had enough. I can see why they are 2 1/1 star.

1) Best Value Services is no longer at 200 W Douglas; they now have a PO Box, I believe in Haysville.
2) Their service was horrible. Trash pickup was mostly okay, but their recycling sunk. It recently took 3 phone calls and a week and a half to pick up our recycling! It was almost time for the next pickup.
3) When I asked to speak to the owner/manager Solomon ***, I was refused.
4) After only 3 months of service, I dropped them. Not only would I "not be very likely" to recommend this company, I would NEVER recommend them.
5) Oh how I wish I had checked them out with the Revdex.com before hiring them!

Service is for my *** yr old elderly mother.

***: STILL not picked up, called and was promised pick up before 6:00pm again but as of this 9pm complaint.. it is STILL not picked up and now the neighbors have complained, my elderly mother is stressed and worried about getting a citation from the city!!!!

IMMEDIATE pick up + 6 weeks FREE service as they've missed 5 weekly trash pick-ups in the last 4 months!!!

Trash has not been picked up
My trash should have been picked up since *** and it's still time that they don't pick it up. I have contacted the trash company several times and I keep getting the runaround. I finally got tiered of this happening constantly that I canceled their services they told me since I decided to cancel they will no longer pick up my trash until they have time. If I wouldn't have canceled they would have made me a priority. It's been almost a week since my trash should of been picked up and I have an overwhelming amount of trash bags out side my home and constantly rebadging since the animal love ripping the gas open.

I do not feel like I should be charged for the last two weeks and I also need something to bee done about all the trash by the curb

Customer service issues are always taken seriously. Our company strives to resolve issues as quickly as possible. We apologize for the delay and realize the inconvenience it caused.
The missed pickup issue was submitted when the original call was received earlier in the week and we were working to resolve that. Due to holiday observances and frigid temperatures, there were route delays. Even when you called later to cancel, we were still working to resolve the missed pickup issue. A supervisor was then dispatched to go to your address to remove the accumulated trash and also to remove the trash bin itself in response to the cancelation. The ***-*** billing has been reversed.

my trash has not been picked up
My trash should be picked up on fridays and still waiting for it to be picked up since last week. I have already canceled service since they have done this to me too many times and since I canceled now they are saying they will not come today like promised. They are upset that I canceled and now they said they will come when ever they have time. I have a full bun and trash bags out side since last Friday. I am very upset with them for their lack of professionalism. I have picked up my trash from neighbors yards three time already because they can't seam to pick up my service.
