My husband and I stayed at the Huntington Beach Inn in Huntington Beach, CA from 10/14/16-10/16/Upon arrival, we were rudely greeted by the front desk and charged for parking despite being told it was free on our hotel itinerary emailed to us by the hotelLater that night, when we returned to our room after a wedding rehearsal, we discovered that our hotel keys were no longer activatedAfter asking for new keys and giving our names at the front desk, we were told the room was not in our name but another individualsWe informed the clerk that we had just checked in that morning and would be staying in the room for the next two nightsThe next morning, we awoke to go to breakfast and were once again locked out of our rooms as our keys had been deactivated for a second timeWe got new keys, but were grilled once again about the room not being in our nameThat night, after returning from our friends wedding, we went upstairs to spend some extra time with the bride and groom as we

In references to the above complaints, the subject has stayed in our hotel, referred as Mr*** ** ***, who rented two nights stay on October 14" till October 16", Originally there was a group booking made by *** *** for some six rooms with usOne of the rooms were under
Mr*** ***Please note, this booking was made thru a third party agent but not directly with us.When any of our guest checks in, on any given day, we will make sure they understand our house policy and rules and regulationsNow all these were given and were documented accordingly, (please seeper attached)It was the night of 14" and 15" of October, guest started to party in our guest room and for both night the front desk agents kept reminding them of their behaviorAs a result of continuous efforts by the agents to control this party, we started getting calls from the other rooms stated that they could not sleep well due to the volume of this noise.Primarily all guest on the second floor had similar noise complaints due to this room, occupied by Mr ***The hotel has kept all the records of guest who complained and gotten a fair compensation due to the party effect and noise Complaint.The hotel is now responsible to its valued clients and must make sure that everyone is fairly Compensated and taken care and that's the goal of the management.The hotel manager received a call on 17th, of Oct 2016, Monday morning around at 9.30am and while trying to explain the charges to Mr***, he stated and acknowledged that they had partied and told us that the front desk called them several times to stop the party as wellThen Mr*** started using profanity and cursed the hotel manager with the F>> word.Now looking at the hotel management, one must consider that you be in good behavior and follow rules and regulations of any establishment and must consider VALUED guest at all times.This is not a party hotel.The hotel Management and the staff are always looking for the best interest safety and securityof all our guest at all times and we make sure that rules and regulations are observedWe thank you for the opportunity to explain the above matter and hope our submission would be helpful

Review: I stayed at the Best Western in Huntington Beach and checked out on time with no issues in my room and no damage whatsoever. I waited almost 2 weeks for my $100 deposit to be returned and since it was never refunded back to my credit card I called Best Western and was told the Manager named Roh was the only person who could refund my deposit. It was been about 3 weeks now of me calling almost everyday trying to reach Roh and leaving messages for him to return my call.Desired Settlement: I want my $100 refunded to my card immediately.

Review: The customer service at Best Western was TERRIBLE. They refused to refund my $100 deposit after telling me for over a week that it was in process of being refunded. I called the onsite as well as corporate, as well as faxed and e-mailed several letters. After two weeks had gone by I FINALLY got a hold of [redacted] the General Manager who was very rude and said we would not get our deposit back be cause the room was "messy" and we violated the rules with our guest. We had our friends meet us at the room to leave for the evening. They phoned immediately and we vacated within five minutes. There was NO noise disturbance and no damages to the room whatsoever. After getting the run around for over two weeks from both the customer service center and the onsite I think I deserved my deposit back. Their yelp reviews prove this is not the first instance that the AWFUL staff keeps peoples deposit's unrightfully.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit refunded. Even though now this complaint is no longer about the measley $100 deposit it is the time and effort I spent trying to contact the hotel and getting the runaround in regards to this matter.
