Richland Center, WI to have Allen refund him for the work he did not finish but Allen never showed after 1 1/2 hrs. and will not respond to phone, text, or email. I paid Allen $150 for a stove that he said he would purchase and install but never did. He was to finish the following work that he charged me for: 1 Install(2)fan lights - charging $67 to install. 2. Charged $250 to remove all old switches and outlets and replace with new ones. 3. Install the trim and finish up with the carpeting installation. 4. Install all vent covers - $30. 5. Install cabinet handles – repair one door and stain - $40.
