Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/08/03) */ [redacted] did buy a vehicle from Big Mike's Auto Sales..she bought the vehicle AS IS..her car was repossessed due to not having insurance..not once but two timesAs far as mixing the rental with the car business ..we conduct both at the same location..there was never any harassment..We will not be giving her anything back..The documents have been attached to show she broke the contract and she did buy the vehicle AS ISFurthermore we let her miss a payment so she could get her insurance and she failed to do thatTherefore it was her own fault that the vehicle was repossessed,she didn't abide by the law or or contractWe have been in business almost years and the only people that have a problem with us is the people that don't pay or fail to keep insurance Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2017/08/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) occasionsHe came in the first time to ask questions about the vehicleThe second time he brought his son in
and test drove the vehicle, That is how we got a
copy of his license while he stood in the officeHe then decided he wanted to put the deposit
by credit card so
we swiped the card and he signed the receiptWe also handwrote a receipt with
the return date and the deposit
amount he paidOn that receipt it aso says No RefundsHe was also told there will be no refunds on depositsWe gave
the yellow copy of that receipt to himWe have posted in the office No Refunds
on depositsWe would not have a problem working with him if he did not wait
weeks to contact usWe had many opportunties
to sell the vehicle but we had put it in storage to hold for ***He called and asked for a refund and unfornatately we
are not willing to give one

I am rejecting this response because: Deal was made outside, and I was only given a white paper stating I was charged $1000, credit card receipt
..Never stated that there is no refund on the depositThis should be clearly stated during a verb agreement/dealI explain this money was put up by a old boy, my son...I lost my Job on the the 17th of April..I called them and left a messages, and then they were closed on Wednesday the 18th, but left another messages.. As to coming in the first time.I came to the door way and ask about the price, and then came by the 2nd time, and like I stated we test drove vehicle and made deal outside..Came in the paid; again white credit card slip was given...nothing stating no refundsPlease note: I lost my job, and was willing to provide them the termination letter, and explain that this was a 16yrs who is attending college and working to save this money for his first car... Little humanity for the solution here, but greed seems to be taken over
