I would include an attachment but there is no transaction in April or May or previous to this showing it Thank you in advance for your attention in this matter Regards, [redacted] ***

I do not seem to be able to locate any refunds made and have sent emails within this day limit requesting additional information as to the card number and amount refunded and have not heard back yet. Otherwise until I hear back, it seems like they cancelled the order without sending the missing two items or crediting the amount stated? Will update here as soon as I can

Thank you again for your reply but I have triple checked repeatedly and there is no transaction on 4/for any amount or for any date for that matter. Even the order page which you attached says specifically under "Payments"(cut and pasted): "Refunds: .00Balance Due: -13.83" Under "Item Information" It shows in green that the refund amounts used to calculate the but the transaction itself under the Payments section was never made. The in red is the balance due. Again, the amount refunded shows .00. More importantly, the credit card activity shows no transactions 4/to date or prior (see attachment) Thank you again.
