I am rejecting this response because: They have asked me for the photographs, odometer and serial number of the vehicle, which I have given them, but have not heard any more as to when the vehicle will be fixed So this matter is not resolved simply by making a couple of phone calls and submitting a response to the Revdex.com It will be resolved when the vehicle is fixed at no cost to me or I get my money back Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I have talk to this business several timesIf you want me to send my cell phone calls made and receive from this business I canThey just call me today 1/27/at 9am and I returen there call at 11am The parts Manager call me and said the engine is under warranty and they can replace it but I would have to pay them between to to install itI requested for them to mail the new engine to me and I will mail the old engine back to them I even offer to pay for there shipping cost they refuse toI also told them I would have my mechanic to install the new engine and would not hold them liable They refuse my offerI feel I paid cash money for this go kart for my son for Christmas and it broke within a week of riding and if the engine is under warranty why should I have to occur a install costThis company is not trying to fixed this problem they are a bad business to deal withI want them to mail me the engine and I would be happy or a cost of a new one Regards, [redacted]

Yes the customer is right about us selling used powersports as is with no warrantyThe customer has the opportunity to inspect the bike before an during the purchaseIf the customer purchased this bike years ago an just now realized there was a problem they are right there is not really much we
can doEspecially if it was taken to another shop to be servicedThe best solution would have been to take the bike back to the original dealer purchased fromAn like they said they signed a bill of sale stating the bike had no warranty at all an waved any rights to hold Big Toy Superstore responsible for any repairs

We have tried to contact the customer several times and left messages to let him know that his part is in and to bring it to our store so we can get this fixedHe will not return our call nor will he bring his merchandise to the store so we can get the issue fixed

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, I never told the parts manger nor anyone at this business I tightening the Chain. I never ever place a tool on this go kart. The only people that worked on this go-kart are the people at Big Toy Superstore. So if the chain was over tightening they did it. This business never has been willing to resolve this issues until I filed this complaint with Revdex.com. At first, the manager was extremely rude. He stated to me I should have read the warranty and what I want him to do. He said if I help you I must help all customers. This company never stoke to the manufacture until I have file this complaint. Before this complaint they were never welling to resolve this issue. I don’t want the manufacture warranty on the part and I don’t trust this company to install this engine. I will say this again I never tightening the chain because why should I have to work on a product this is NEW. I want Big Toy Superstore to send me this engine or refund me at the cost off a new one. This go kart is sitting in my garage from December to today. My son has only road this go kart for only one week after Christmas. ($2200.00 down the drain)

I requested for them to mail the new engine to me and I will mail the old engine back to them I even offer to pay for there shipping cost they refuse to. I also told them I would have my mechanic to install the new engine and would not hold them liable.  They refuse my offer. I feel I paid 2200.00 cash money for this go kart for my son for Christmas and it broke within a week of riding and if the engine is under warranty why should I have to occur a install cost. This company is not trying to fixed this problem they are a bad business to deal with. I want them to mail me the engine and I would be happy or a cost of a new one.

We are currently working with the customer and the manufacturer to resolve this issue.

The part that was broken was due to the customer over tightening the chain on the go-cart, he told our parts manager this the first time he called. We have been more than willing to help this customer the warranty states that only INTERNAL ENGINE PARTS are covered under warranty. This part is external and should not been covered under warranty but to satisfy the customer we spoke to the manufacture and got them to warranty the part due to the customer being so upset with the situation. The manufacture will ONLY WARRANTY parts if we do the install, again this part should not have been warrantied to begin with because the customer was at fault and the piece that they had broken was an eternal engine part.
