Done Right has really god mechanics!! They have been servicing my wife's car and mine for years nowThis past week I had tires put on my wife's car I got a great deal and they gave me a free oil change for being a dedicated customerThey have always been up front on what my cars needed and never tried to over price me I also entered into there monthly sweepstakes for a free VIP membership its on their web siteI would gladly recommend Done Right to everyone
I am so lucky that this place was opened on Sundays especially right after thanksgivingI had a very squeaky noise coming out from under the hoodThe mechanic said I needed a alternator belt and he said I could use spark plugs, I told him to do a tune up and oil change its been a while, better to be safe than sorry traveling on my way back to FloridaIt took under hours and cost me under I thought that was a decent price
I had my Chevy impala quoted at several shops for a transmission replacementdone right pin pointed the exact problem that it was just a simple shift solenoid saved me over dollarsthey're friendly and prompt on repairs, I even take my other vehicles there now for general servicing
I drove to done right Tuesday afternoon and they looked at my car while I had lunch at Taco bellWhen they had found the problem with my heater they came to Taco bell and let me know before they did anything to my carThey fixed the problem within an hour and for a really reasonable price great place wonderful service
I had a alternator and a starter problem, I went to done right because it was the only shop opened. They took me in right away and fixed it while I went to dinner with my family which they gave us a ride to. It only took a couple hours now we can go back home to greenfield I thought we were going to be stuck for a few days and are vacation was over. Price was very reasonable especially since they took us in right before closing. Now I am home in greenfield and I never had a problem with what they fixed and I went 950 miles. Thank-you Done Right for doing a great job and being so kind.
I am very disappointed with the work done to my vehicle. The owner told me himself that he was the only place in town that is certified to fix damaged or cracked rims. So I took a chance and I really made a poor choice. Roughly $200 dollars later the problem was not resolved if anything it was in worse condition than it was before "done right auto" got ahold of it! Rick the owner charged me a small fortune to slap JB weld adhesive solution on the crack in my rim and some how thought that would done the trick. He lead me on like he was a professional and that I had to leave my car with him for hours because this was a really extensive procedure he was about to preform on my vehicle. Anyone can put JB weld on anything it's like 5 dollars at your neighborhood automotive store. I'm trust really dumbfounded that a business gets away with gimmicks like this on a day to day basis. I really just want my money back and he can keep $5 for the JB weld he put on my rim! Also I have pictures and receipts.

Just wanna say, I had a positive experience with them, had a batery problem they replaced my battery with a warranty that batery didnt work well for me and they had me in and out in no time with a new battery, I recomend all your car problems to them you will be 100% satisfied you went there.
