After spending days doing research on different breeders and pet stores and after sending dozens of emails, I found C at BBA. She is so amazing, when you talk to her you can just feel how much she cares about her little babies. She isn't just out to make money, the birds aren't just living price tags to her. She is kind and informative without being condescending and judgemental (which was often the case with other places). I am so thoroughly satisfied with my experience that I would recommend C at BBA a hundred thousand times over.
I purchased a [redacted] from Birdie Brains Aviary. She is the sweetest bird! [redacted] does such a wonderful job socializing her birds! I have had her a few months and not once has she ever bitten anyone. I have another bird that I did not get from [redacted] and she bites! Ouch! The other bird will only let me hold her. On the other hand, the [redacted] that I got from [redacted] will go to ANYONE!! I am so pleased with my bird! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!
Review: This company breaches an agreement and then attempts to engage in blackmail and theft.
I bought a bird and put down a deposit for a specific [redacted]. The crazy woman suddenly decided to keep the bird. She demanded that I sign her blackmail demand that she can keep the bird and breach the agreement to sell me the [redacted]. I refused to sign such blackmail document whereby I consent to her arbitrary breaches. She then attempted to keep my substantial deposit of hundreds of dollars AND NOT PROVIDE ME THE [redacted]. She then attempted to blackmail me that I needed to waive my legal rights for her to return my money when she had a legal duty to return my money since she refused to provide me the bird in breaching our agreement.Desired Settlement: This woman needs to be put out of business as she violates agreements, engages in attempted theft of monies, and uses blackmail to get what she wants customers to do - waive legal rights.

Response:
The owner of Birdie Brains Aviary states that her customers are required to sign an avian agreement when a bird is purchased. Part of the agreement does require that the consumer find an [redacted] vet of their own and have the bird checked out within a required time period. The consumer would not agree to sign the company agreement and after 6 weeks of no response to signing the agreement she put the bird back up for sale.
The company did give a full refund to the consumer.
