After covering the deck with new felt and replacing some flashing, the beautiful new charcoal architectural shingles were expertly installedAs the crew finished the thorough clean-up, A crew member even spray painted the flashing flat black to enhance the overall appearance of the house!

Bland Roofing provided me with a very reasonable quote and did some repairs in addition to the roof. Mr. [redacted] Bland followed up with me after the job to be sure I was satisfied.
As far as the roofers go...after the job (and it was lighting fast) there was no trash, no tracks...no evidence that anyone had been there. I was left with a beautiful new roof as if it had always been there.

They removed our old roof, put down new base, redid flashing and a new roof at a reasonable cost, then did a good job of cleaning up.

I would like to inform you of Bland Roofing. I had a leak that took down my ceiling plaster in living room and dinning room. I contacted Bland roofing on a Sunday, he had a crew on my roof within 30 minutes. He came to my home three times to check on the job. I can not tell you what Bland's quick response meant to me. He kept me from having more damage to my furniture.
