Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There has not be any funds returned to my account My account was charged on Nov2nd and as of today, they funds have not been returned to the original card the order was placed.In addition, the information provided by the florist about my experience is incorrect At not one time did the manger/owner attempt to return my call Upon placing the order, they informed my that they had a crate full of balloons and I asked that they call me if my request couldn't be met In addition to not calling me either time, the "I Love You" balloon wasn't appropriate for a get well delivery Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I'm glad to hear from you because I checked the Revdex.com website for this business and notice they have an A+ rating with no complaints and I couldn't understand why my complaint wasn't registered.03/08/2018: Mediator called and left message for consumer and sent email with update.03/12/2018: I did get your message but I have not had time to call themThey have told me this three or four different times that they have refunded me but they haven'tI will let you know the outcome.03/12/2018: Just spoke with *** and she said she issued the credit of $todayI will verify in a few days and will let you know.03/14/2018: My account received the credit or refund from Bloomers today.Thank you for your assistance

I placed a delivery of get well flower products, which contained helium balloons to be delivered to the same person on Nov2, and I asked that the balloons not be duplicated One order had balloons and the other had The shop told me their balloons comes in a crate and they are sure they won't duplicate themI asked if they didn't have enough balloons without duplicating, that they would contact me The same evening I went to visit the patient and to my disappointment, they balloons were duplicated and inappropriate Both deliveries had, get well soon, thinking of you and the smiley face balloons The other order had a "I Love You' balloon, which was so inappropriate I called Bloomers on 11/to tell them my disappointment and I was told the manager had left for the day but will call me After not receiving a call, I called again 11/and was told the manager was out of town but will call meI asked if anyone else could speak to me about my issue and was told no Stil

She wanted 9 get well balloons of different styles. I told her we could not fill her order because we do not carry that many. She told me to still do the order and but some thinking of you balloons and just do our best, so we did. One of the ladies who filled the order did a fine job, it looked...

great. She called stating she was unhappy with the balloons. I was on vacation at the time, so as soon as I got back I contacted her. We refunded her entire order, even though she was only upset about the balloons and apologized. After that, she went on social media and spoke badly about our business. I was up front with her the entire time, and unfortunately she could not be pleased. She was refunded in November.
