[redacted] I ordered flowers because there was a death in the family; and it didn't arrive They took my money and it didn't arrive on the same dayBasically every time I called they hung up on meOr they just stopped answering my callsI decided to go there myself with a family memberAs I arrived we recognized this mans voice and that he was the one that hung up on usWe simply stated that we were here for our refund since our flowers didn't even get delivered The man told us "we don't give refunds"We said were not leaving unless we get our money backThe man stood up and said "We don't give refunds, get the eff out of my office now" as he started to put his hands on my family member His lady co worker came over and tried to help usTold us she will take our number and call us back lateragain, we're not leaving untill we get our money backShe FINALLY agreed on the refund It's unbelievable that we had to go to this extent after we had to deal with a family death [redacted]

This is the most ridiculous disgraceful company I have ever dealt withI ordered a sympathy arrangement to be sent to a family member wakeThey did not arriveI called the number when I found out they were not delivered and they told me that they were only an after hours number and I would have to contact them in the morningI promptly called at 9am when they opened and the woman that I spoke to said that the flowers had been delivered this morningI then spoke with my brother and the flowers were still not thereThe funeral was at and I called the number again letting them know that the arrangement still hadn't been deliveredThe woman then stated she would call me back and let me know what was going onI had to call her back at 1pm (hours after the funeral had started) and the woman seem puzzled why the arrangement wasn't there yetShe then said "well is there anyone else you would like to send the arrangement to?" I asked to be refunded and she said no that their policy was that it was only guaranteed to be delivered between 12-6pmNow why would she give me the run around all morningThis is a AWFUL companyHow does someone run a business like this??? Buyer Beware

[redacted] I purchased a candy basket for my sister who is in a retirement home in Toronto I ordered on line and paid with my *** A few weeks later I received a call from [redacted] telling me my credit card had been used for fraudulent purposes It was definitely cloned and it traces back to this company It is under investigation right now I wish I would have taken time to read the customer reviews before I ordered! I called the company to report what had happened and the person answering the phone didn't seem surprised, offered no other explanation or apology! Thankfully I was given a credit by [redacted] for the fraudulent purchases but no one should have to endure this ***!

I paid for a very expensive sympathy basketThe company delivered a basket with snacks and a bottle of wineWhen I tried to call to speakto the owner the employee told me that the name of the owner was none of my business and hung up the phoneI am still trying to speak to the owner about the situation

I ordered same-day delivery flowers ($60) and they were never delivered (to a major hospital in Toronto - should not have been any trouble to find it) After days I began to follow-upMultiple phone calls led only to them still trying to 'track down the delivery guy' even days after the flowers were supposed to be deliveredA request for a refund was ignoredEventually, one week later, after hanging up on my calls twice, they stopped answering the phone when I called

I ordered a dozen of their best long stemmed roses to be delivered to a family memberThey arrived in the evening of the day they were to be delivered and they were already half open They were not fresh as tight buds as they promisedIn days they were deadTo add insult to injury they overcharged me on my credit cardI phoned and they put me on hold and then disconnected me every timeI tried all of their different phone numbers and always got the same treatmentThe contact email address on their website does not work

This place has THE WORST customer service in the history of customer service! Placed an order for Mother's Day, called them minutes later to confirm and it just rings and rings constantly Finally after calling 10+ times, I get through and am treated like dirt!!! They were rude and condescending, I asked to cancel the order I HAD JUST PLACED but they said they couldn't because it had already been processed! Called the credit card company and they told me it hadn't been processed I ended up having to cancel my credit card!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!! ***

The flowers I received all died in a few days. Tried calling and was told to email [redacted]@rogers.com. I have emailed them 3 times without a response. Please stay away from Blooms N Roses.

My flowers were not delivered. I have called over 30 times and no one will help me. They hang up on me every time I ask to speak with a manger. [redacted]
