Unfortunately, our entire patio project was nothing but problemsIt was supposed to take days, and ended up taking over two months, and is still not complete to our satisfactionWe were blamed numerous times for the delayWe did delay work dayWe asked them not to pour concrete until they fixed the issues underneath, which included digging out more than inches, and removing grass from under the concreteOur day delay turned into them delaying it for more weeksOut of the documents problems, John fixed of themof them were contract modifications we requested and paid forThe bricks are still the wrong size and the stairs are the total wrong colorJohn completely ignored numerous emails and requestsThe patio was also over square feet to shortHe blamed us for not measuring the patio forms beforehandIts not our job to double check your workHe also was very threatening to my husband and called him "Little Guy" while trying to intimidate himHis lead guy Jose barely speaks English and was terrible to try to explain things toThey each blamed the other person for the terrible jobThe entire process was incredibly unprofessionalHe has lost our future business to finish the patio, and we have told numerous friends looking to do outdoor spaces to stay away from himHe refuses to apologize and fix the work and instead continues to blame everyone else, including usAt this point, Id rather pay a different company to fix the problems and finish the patio than to deal with John again

the complaint on the product on this project is legitimate As we discussed with the client during the winter We would address any and all issues starting in the spring when the repairs could be done properly.With concrete these events can occur and we back our work up 100% Since

Blue Moon has closed its business.?

the complaint on the product on this project is legitimate.  As we discussed with the client during the winter.  We would address any and all issues starting in the spring when the repairs could be done properly.With concrete these events can occur and we back our work up 100%....

We have almost completed the repair which is not a quick fix and does take time to do correctly and working with the weateher.

Blue Moon has closed its business.

Unfortunately, our entire patio project was nothing but problems. It was supposed to take 7 days, and ended up taking over two months, and is still not complete to our satisfaction. We were blamed numerous times for the delay. We did delay work 1 day. We asked them not to pour concrete until they fixed the issues underneath, which included digging out more than 2 inches, and removing grass from under the concrete. Our 1 day delay turned into them delaying it for 6 more weeks. Out of the 28 documents problems, John fixed 14 of them. 3 of them were contract modifications we requested and paid for. The bricks are still the wrong size and the stairs are the total wrong color. John completely ignored numerous emails and requests. The patio was also over 8 square feet to short. He blamed us for not measuring the patio forms beforehand. Its not our job to double check your work. He also was very threatening to my husband and called him "Little Guy" while trying to intimidate him. His lead guy Jose barely speaks English and was terrible to try to explain things to. They each blamed the other person for the terrible job. The entire process was incredibly unprofessional.
