I appreciate the business response thus far however, something strange is going on*** needs
to sync up with her companyWith the response today, the business is acting like I have not talked to them and am being unresponsiveIn fact, I responded right awayThe car has already been taken in on Friday and service Director *** *** has confirmed the defective findings thus farThey have been very accommodating and It is supposed to be ready tomorrowI will not be able to close the complaint formally until I see they have physically fixed the vehicle and certified again.Sincerely,*** ***
