I am rejecting this response because:
I was not allowed to inspect the car for existing damages during the time of purchaseI was shown a sheet of paper stating no damage and I was asked to sign itIt was not explained to me at any time that I needed to inspect the car thoroughly for existing damages and take pictures nor was I informed of the charges for any possible damagesAs I explained to them, I have no knowledge of any damage to any rims and as such I am again requesting a refund of the $that I was fraudulently chargedI plan to continue to pursue this matter until I am given a full refund! BMW of Rockville's practices are criminal and I refuse to be taken advantage ofIf legal actions are necessary I plan to pursue them
