Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Book Flights Fare regarding complaint ID ***. Though I have repeatedly contacted them and, on one occasion, had United Airlines conference call them so that we could try to obtain a refund for me (since United
confirmed they processed the refund directly to Book Flights Fare), Book Flights Fare has never called me back when promised. I was told that the Billing Department does not take phone calls and that the sales representative would elevate the issue to the refunds department via email. I still have not received the refund.Sincerely,

Hi,   We looked into this reservation and as per our findings we see that we had just one reservation for the passenger [redacted] which was cancelled and we attached the email sent to the passenger for the cancelled flights.Now we do not have any reservation for the...

passenger or we haven't charged anything from the passenger.Its better if the passenger checks with his bank as to who  has charged him and act accordingly.
