Boon modeling agency

Review: I had an interest in this agency and shortly after was contacted after applying. I was emailed instructions by [redacted] Boon that I was to attend the "casting call" which was a photo shoot and that I would be competing with other girls. The best of the girls would make it into the agency, and in the event that we would like to keep the photos, we should pay $100. Once I got to the casting call, [redacted] demanded that we pay him the $100 for our photo shoot. He gave us all contracts which I can supply as further evidence. I did not want to quarrel with him since we were in his tiny apartment so I cut him a check for the $100. He told me that he would finish editing my photos and have them back to me within one week. It's been four weeks now and I have been asking him where are my photos, via Facebook. He then told me that he would not send them to me unless I sent him my personal portfolio photos taken by another photographer (which is nowhere in the contract or in verbal agreement). I've called him multiple times today but he has not answered. Finally he texted me back telling me that he refuses to send me my photos that I paid for and that my contract is terminated (I have proof of this as well).Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $100 for services not provided.
