I went into VW with a flat tire and was planning on doing all tires since the Continental tires the Jetta comes with are horrible (in my opinion) [redacted] (service adviser) gave me the options for tires and tireI decided on tire for now as I was already in a hurry [redacted] assumed that I wanted the cheapest tire on the car even considering there were other tires which were the original ContinentalsNo wI had to wait even longertire ultimately took 1/hrs+ I went to go pay and was given a different amount then what was quotedThe service rep was called over and he became defensive immediately and said "you have to pay taxes on this, are you an it"....Well as you can imagine, I ultimately suggested he get the F out of my faceWhile walking away, he said "am I that broke that I couldn't afford the extra $10.00" Shortly after I spoke with the GM and was cleared to walk away without paying a dimeNEEDLESS TO SAY I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE AND HE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND DOESN'T DESERVE A JOB! ....My immediate family has leased more than vehicles from VW over the past years!!!! Every one of my family members drives a VWNOT ANYMORE....Once leases are up, they are UP!!! DONE WITH THESE ANIMALS

[redacted] (service adviser) gave me the options for 4 tires and 1 tire. I decided on 1 tire for now as I was already in a hurry. [redacted] assumed that I wanted the cheapest tire on the car even considering there were 3 other tires which were the original Continentals. No wI had to wait even longer...... 1 tire ultimately took 1 1/2 hrs+. I went to go pay and was given a different amount then what was quoted.
