I already refunded his payment and he is still getting what he ordered, no chargeA tracking number will be available today, showing it is in transit to himTracking for the wrong item he received was problematicOne said he still had the wrong head the other said it was returned to our supplierAlso, the phone number he provided with his order was not his phoneA second number he called us from was called and there was no answerAn email to him on Friday let him know that the attemptsto contact his post office did not go through, it always rang busyWe were closed Saturday and SundayWhoever he talked to at [redacted] , did not know we have a wholesale account with there wholesale divisionMonday I received a call from himHe was very rude and argumentativeI told him the bottom line is that he can keep the 6" drum head and that we are shipping the one he verified he was suppose to get

I have attached a copy of his sales record showing the refundThere is also an attachment that shows we sent emails about his refund and a new tracking numberThe second attachment also shows he paid with a visa not paypalThe tracking number [redacted] shows the correct drumhead shipped two days ago

Package is supposedly on it's way but I have not got it yet, so until I get it, I have nothingAlso, Extra Musical stated in their reply to you that they told me I can keep the 6" drum headWell I have proof that the drum head was in the senders possession on May 31st(a week prior.)This is the "From" address located on the packageHere is the tracking link for proof [redacted] So, if the sender already had it in their possession a week ago, why would they tell me I can just keep something that they know I do not have! (It being in the senders hands on May 31st, a week prior.) I am showing you pics of the package that I sent back to them and tracking statement shows that it was delivered to the return address on May 31stI would show you my bank statement if I couldFurthermore here is a link to their webpage that does not show any drum head size whatever(This is the misleading scam part.)I told him it needed to be fixed weeks ago and it is still up and running as of June 8th [redacted] [redacted] After all I've been through, if they send me the right product without defects, I will be happy(Cause I really need it!) Revdex.com: As of 6/13/I received a full refund in my bank accountI also received the correct product in the mail and it does not appear to be defective in anyway after looking it over and actually playing on it for about 1/hour or soI am officially now a VERY satisfied customerAlso, the misleading webpage with no product size has been removed (page is closed.)
