MOGO Auto ServiceDetriot RdWestlake, Oh 44145440-871-[redacted] ***, Thank you for contacting me in regards to ID [redacted] I have reviewed the customer complaintThe customer’s vehicle was previously inspected for work provided on Friday, August 19th As per our policy, we provided the customer with a warranty on the services renderedThe customer was informed to return the vehicle if there were any problems or concerns so that we may evaluate the situationThe previous work on Monica’s car at MOGO Auto Service on June 11, revealed she had three leaks in her exhaust pipe and that her exhaust was “hanging low.” She chose to fix the break onlyThe flex pipe was done a month laterLabor is determined by the degree of difficulty and not by an hourly rateThe service rendered require and expert exhaust professional and experienced welderAs far as the invoice and the invoices of other customer with similar issues attached, the price of installing a flex pipe is different for each vehicleIt depends on the size of the pipe and the degree of difficultyI apologize for any inconvenient that may have occurred by not responding to Ms [redacted] since I have been over seas during the last three weeksIf I can be of any assistance please contact me at your earliest convience

Mr*** at the business states the owner is currently out of the country and he can not make any decisions on this matter As stated in their earlier response the owner, Mr*** will be returning mid July to handle this issue

I will be in touch with you before July as a reminder that this is still open. I am sending a letter to the Mayor of Westlake and the Councilman for this Ward ( Ward 3 ) to advise them of this matter, too. Thank you for your support.

Dear Revdex.com - although they may be telling us that the "owner" is out of the country (?) until July, I just went by the store this morning and it is OPEN for business.    I still want to pursue this complaint - thank you

MOGO lied about the problem, as they lied about the FALSE bill  they attached to the complaint, saying it was the flank and would cost me with anyone else from 500 to 700 to fix it, so I would stay with them.  You can look at their false bill and the name of the person is covered and I don’t leave at [redacted],OH, but in [redacted]  as my attachment of the bills  from MOGO show. Everyone I  had called said  89.00 dollars for the flex in  pipe. The work took less than 30 minutes and they charged 115.0 when they advertise 64.0 dollars per hour their labor and it was done wrong.  Again, this place is not to be trusted. They lie about what you really need and attached a  FALSE BILL to the complaint that is not mine. I will never come back to this place and I suggest people to call around for prices. Get other opinions.Please, for the sake of other people, I hope they can read and see my attachments. Please post.Thank for your  help, [redacted]

The customer was informed to return the vehicle if there were any problems or concerns so that we may evaluate the situation. The previous work on Monica’s car at MOGO Auto Service on June 11, 2015 revealed she had three leaks in her exhaust pipe and that her exhaust was “hanging low.” She chose to fix the break only. The flex pipe was done a month later. Labor is determined by the degree of difficulty and not by an hourly rate. The service rendered require and expert exhaust professional and experienced welder. As far as the invoice and the invoices of other customer with similar issues attached, the price of installing a flex pipe is different for each vehicle. It depends on the size of the pipe and the degree of difficulty. I apologize for any inconvenient that may have occurred by not responding to Ms. [redacted] since I have been over seas during the last three weeks. If I can be of any assistance please contact me at your earliest convience.
