Her membership is not terminated, her boyfriends membership is terminated due to a starting a dispute with another member of the gym. I have tried to reach out to her but does not respond to me. Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:Mr *** only returned my correspondence after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com, days after I attempted to reach him and left two missed calls and two text messages; his voicemail being too full to receive further messagesMr*** sent me a text message on Tuesday, January 23rd to call himWhen I wasn't able to get in touch with him hours later, he sent me the following text: "If I don't hear from you I will have to send in your contract to the Revdex.com on the review, as stated in contract we are allowed to terminate agreements at any time with no refundsI haven't terminated yet but if I don't hear from you I will have toI want to work something out but I also don't like dealing with dramaThanks." I reached out to him the next afternoon and Mr*** and I finally had a chance to speakHe was able to verbalize my membership was in fact not terminatedWhen I brought to his attention that his initial voicemail clearly stated twice that my membership "had to be terminated due to association," he was able to verbalize he is allowed to terminate at his discretion; the conversation ended shortly after thatI am unsatisfied with the attempted resolution of this conflict on multiple levelsFirst, Mr*** lied twice on his Revdex.com replyMy boyfriend was not the instigator of the conflict, the other member clearly was and video footage and witnesses can attest to thisMr*** completed zero investigation on our endSecond, being only interested in business conflict resolution and not drama, I did reach out to him multiple times in multiple forms immediately following his initial voice message stating my membership was terminated that he left for me the very same day of the conflict, Thursday Jan 18thMr*** states I did not reach out to him in his Revdex.com reply, and that is blatantly inaccurateThird and finally, I am incredibly concerned with the way Mr*** demonstrates his ability to threaten me, via voice mail and text messageAccording to Mr***'s business practices, if I find offense in his unethical, threatening text message behavior (as previously printed above) and pursue this complaint, I will have my membership terminated after all; which returns us to my initial concern of my membership being terminated for no fault of my own to begin withI am only pursing fair and ethical business practices at this point, with the freedom to feel safe from discrimination and fair treatment as a paying customer and member of Mr***'s facility. The only resolution through the Revdex.com I am seeking at this point is the guarantee that after this specific conflict is closed my personal membership will be intact until Mr*** finds further issues to discuss with me
