To whom it may concern: I am one of the owner’s at Bright Futures Academy, where we are responding to a claim against us from the [redacted] family in regards to our non-refundable policiesI have attached a copy of our parent handbook which was emailed to [redacted] ***I will also forward the emails between the [redacted] family and Bright FuturesLastly, in a separate email I will send the picture of the sign that is in our front entryway as parents walk in and outOriginally it was [redacted] wife who came and spoke with me and did the walk through, I spoke with her directly letting her know our policiesShe has not been back in contact with us and seems to be refusing that she was told this information by us when speaking to her husband Our DEL licensor is Karen C [redacted] and her email is [redacted] @del.wa.gov if you have any further questions about our operations or policies ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Bright Futures Academy attacking my wife, spelling our last name wrong and not giving any sort of resolve does not help Would like to start by stating they admitted in their email that they did not tell me should be a pretty good start Their handbook that I got emailed after I had asked for the money back doesn't even state a non refundable deposit Second of all, some sign that they probably printed up after the fact doesn't help either in their email to you it states they never told me, also I never signed anything so I'm not sure how they think they are in the right As far as them talking to my wife Samantha, she called them times asking for the money always got a different excuse When they decided they weren't giving it back, they EMAILED me not her All in all I think it was bad communication on their part not letting me know In their emails to me it states that they will learn from this and change some policies, another way of saying they know they didn't cover themselves so they need to in the future Regards, [redacted] ***
