The issue that has been brought to our attention by Mr*** was created by himMr*** checked in on February 141h, at 10:35pm and later was accompanied by his lady friendMr*** was so drunk later during the night, knocking on other guest rooms trying to
locate his room and disturbing the guestsHe also had friend s over that night and had created disturbance to other guestsMrQuail was instructed by the hotel night security to stay quiet and to request his friends to leaveHe was also informed that if the noise continued he would be checked out with no refundIn the morning of February 15”, 2015, Mr*** came down and requested a late checkout of 12noon but stayed in the room till 12:30pmThe room that rented was freshly renovated and he was aware of ItAs a hospitality industry we understand customers are always right but to falsely accuse a property, with the staff who goes out of their way to accommodate guests and keep them in a clean, safe and comfortable environment is disrespectful and shame on himPlease contact the hotel directly for any further questions or concerns

In regards to Complaint ID***, Mr*** *** checked into room on 2-13-The guest came to the front desk with a complaint about his roomThe desk clerk offered to change Mr***s room to acommodate him at which time he refused to change rooms and left the officeMr

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I don't understand why people have to be so ungrateful. Ms. [redacted] stayed at this location and upon check in was informed that visitors were not allowed after 11pm, was informed that only service animals were allowed, which she claimed she had two....

Guest room was paid by her father, because her daughter caused her mom to have three strokes. This was through her father's mouth. It was brought to our attention of 3 days staying in that room that there were pests in the room and would like to move. Upon inspection by the executive housekeeper, she was moved and we came to find out that she had more than 6 dogs in the room which she claimed were all service animal (one for each child and member that was in the room as service animals). She had filth in the original room, the room that she was moved to, she would not allow housekeeping to enter the room, and when allowed would only let them by the bed area not the bathroom section. Because they could not let the staff enter towards the bathroom section, we were unaware that there was a leak in the pipes which caused the ceiling to leak. When management inspected the room, the room was damaged and un-rentable. We gave the guest the option to check out the same day and get partial refund- (which they took) or pay the damages that they caused. They accepted the refund and decided to check out. The father was called in and was very displeased and ashamed of their behavior. I don't understand where we were wrong.[redacted]

The response did not give me a refund. I was told that they would not give refunds after 15 min. The clerk at the desk called the manager and told him it had only Ben 10 min and what should she do, he told her that there are no refunds. I want a refund. %
