David Hadley I have received the offer from the insurance company that represents Bulldog Rooter and have reached an agreement for compensation so I can not seek any further damages from them. However, the rest of my compliant still stands. The construction still is not finished. My basement carpet smells and I'm still once again waiting for it to be replaced. Bulldog plumbing has acted completely classless during this whole ordeal and could not even be bothered to respond to my phone calls nor emails. I would like my experience with this company shared because I am absolutely certain that other customers will experience problems with them in the future. Sincerely, David H[redacted]

Review: On 07/12/15, Bulldog Rooter sent a plumber to my residence to fix a small water leak. The plumber did not follow the manufacturers recommendations by allowing the PVC pipe glue to set for 24 hours prior to turning the water back on in my residence. This negligence resulted in my basement flooding and causing an excess in $5000 in damages and damages to my personal property. The damages done to my residence, which is a rental house still are not repaired and are ongoing. I also suffered in personal property damage and loss of income from this companies gross negligence. I am working with the insurance agent that represents Bulldog Rooter and I am still after almost 2 months waiting on a settlement offer! To add insult to injury I had a pocket knife stolen from my residence by one of Bulldog Rooters employee's. I understand that this latter matter is not one that the Revdex.com deals with. I just feel that it is necessary to point out so future clients of Bulldog Rooter know not to trust their employees around their valuables.Desired Settlement: Finish the job! Have your insurance agent compensate me for my damages! Actually apologize! Replace my stolen pocket knife!

Bulldog Plumbing came to our house to do some rooter work. We probably had a backup in our pipes that had a 30 plus year buildup. Bulldog came right out, they were extremely professional and ascertained the problem, gave us a solution and a price right on the spot. We were so relieved and happy. Great customer service!
