I have completed a thorough investigation into*** *** complaintIn his complaint *** *** states that he incurred two insufficient funds fees for items that were attempting to pay against Checking #(as referenced in his letter) from Google*** *** states that he did not see on his account that he ever over-draftedInsufficient funds fees are applied to accounts when the final decisioning has been made to pay or return itemsHad these items been returned, the insufficient funds fees would have been applied to the account on 2/25/thus causing an overdraft
The items appeared on a branch report the morning of 2/25/and our associate at this branch called *** *** to ask him if these items were legitimate and if so, did he want them paid from another accountPer the request of the customer, the items-were paid from Checking #and the insufficient funds fees that would have been applied to Checking #were then debited from Checking These items were in the amount of $and $and were attempting to post to his account on 2/24/14, at this time his balance was $As you can see from the document I’m including titled ‘NSF/Un-posted History“, these items were indeed insufficient to the account they were attempting to pay from

This garage worked on my van for a decent price, then the owner talked me into letting them work on my BMW I let them know I either had to have it fixed or purchase another vehicle with my tax refund I couldn't do both and had limited funds I was assured that they understood this They kept my car for nearly a month, calling to let me know they were ordering a used computer for it for $ When the computer arrived, they called again to say they ordered the wrong one, but they could make it work if they ordered a chip to put in it to $ Again, I was assured this would fix it However, they called me after keeping my car for 1/weeks to say I owed them $and my vehicle couldn't be driven I said, "Excuse me? You want me to pay $and it isn't even fixed?"Well, the owner started screaming at me and called me a "stupid ***."He then told me to come to his garage and he would "kick my ***" then he hung up on me I called back several times but they won't answer my calls They answered once and hung up on me immediately I want to warn people about this extremely unprofessional and dishonest garage Don't take your vehicle to them, they lie!
