C A S BUILDING & REMODELING

The installation of the security system in the windows of my home compromised the structure by allowing water to get into the walls of the house. The builder informed the security company to drills holes in the window that then allows the water into the walls of the house. When the siding began to molde, the builder replaced the siding on one part of the house , but has not fixed the root problem. However, he had agreed to resolve the inability of the security system to work on one window that has never worked. Also, since he replaced the siding, one window's security does not work. I have sent him emails asking for assistance and providing him the opportunity to help me. Since he did not, I had the security fixed by the company that he had install the original security system. I have informed him of the cost to me and that I that it is really his bill to pay. I have heard nothing from him and have informed him via email that I was going to file a formal complaint. I can provide you with pictures of the window security issue as well as those that remain, along with all of the other issues with the construction that are no a part of this complaint.

Also, when he pulled off the siding to replace it, most of it did not have building wrap "Tyvek" under it, so who knows what other problems I am facing.
