To whom it may concern:On June 27,2014, [redacted] placed a bid on a [redacted] on our [redacted] sitehours after winning the bid, [redacted] was contacted through our email ( [redacted] ) to let him know that we were canceling the transaction due to issues that we were having with the carBecause of issues our mechanic found with the transmission, we felt our obligation to cancel the entire transaction and refund the buyer his moneyWe did not feel it would be safe to drive this vehicle from [redacted] to OhioWe contacted the buyer immediately after to avoid any issuesUsually the buyer will contact our office to see where we are located, travel arrangements to and from the airport, but nothing was ever communicated because we had canceled in a timely fashionMonies were refundedSafety comes first with this issue and communication with any of our carsWe feel we provided the best service to our customer and he is taking advantage.Please feel free to contact me with any questions or further concerns

[redacted] was the highest bidder of others on our [redacted] auction for a [redacted] ( VIN: [redacted] ) on 2/3/for the price of $As our rules state, for someone to bid on a car and win the auction, they are required to leave the $non-refundable deposit and pay for the car within days of auction endAfter [redacted] won the auction, he claimed that his wife would not let him purchase the carC&B Motors believes that he should have discussed this matter with his significant other before even bidding on the vehicleHe then sent us threating messages about holding his nonrefundable deposit and would not answer any of our phone callsWe do not take kindly to those kinds of people here at C&B Motors as we try to be as helpful as we can to resolve any issues If someone wins an auction and within hours later leaves a deposit, it clearly means that they are in fact going to purchase the item [redacted] also claimed in the “Customer's Statement" of the Revdex.com Letter that he thinks that the runner up bidders do not existHow is that possible if there was a total of bidders on this auction? C&B Motors believes that [redacted] should have been aware before bidding on an [redacted] auction that by bidding, he agrees to purchase the item

June 26, [redacted] purchased this [redacted] on *** We list all our cars with detailed descriptions to the best of our knowledge We do also sell all of our cars AS_IS on [redacted] so we do not have any conflict like we do here Customer brought to our dealership his own mechanic and spent a very lengthy time inspecting the vehicle on his own He then proceeded to sign all our documents(title,bill of sale) also all and headed home roughly miles with no problems He then after days started calling and harassing our office with threatening phone calls I also offered to help him towards any repairs and could not state was was wrong with car So please help me remove this crazy man so I can on and conduct my business Negative feedback towards a year old truck that was sold and also inspected by his own certified mechanic for a lengthy time is not necessaryAgain he showed up with his mechanic and no one forced him to buy the car.I would like this resolved and all remarks taken away from my business.Stated no leaks trans leaks front diff leaks read Revdex.com before bidding frame rot this comments are unexceptable

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is no doubt in my mind MrL [redacted] feels this is what happenedHowever he has left out a number of details which are important to this matterYes, I was interested in the [redacted] all wheel drive, as well as the all wheel drive [redacted] I did drive the [redacted] that was days prior to stopping in to see what was going on with the repair on the of DecemberUnfortunately the [redacted] had electrical issues the entire right side of the vehicles lighting system including head lamps, turn signals and fog lamps did not work, as well as the radio, gps, and the display screen electrically go up or down or workMrL [redacted] found an [redacted] Dealer to look at the vehicle for repairs since it happened when they C&B replaced the batteryAfter a week the [redacted] wanted some $ 2,to repair all the electrical damage and upon arriving on December MrL [redacted] informed me of suchIt was then and then only that I decided the [redacted] is the car I would prefer as I did not want to get into an electrical issue with the *** MrL [redacted] was well aware I was only interested in an all wheel drive as I explained I referee sports and wanted all wheel drive to get around to my games on less then perfect weatherWe then struck up a conversation about a referee who works professionally that we both knowSo it was at that point I felt comfortable with MrL [redacted] and he would be fair and honestC&B motors promised to get the front end aligned for me by, "their guy" as well as a disc for the GPS system, (they copied one, bootleg, and it didn’t work) I had to buy one from GMAnd they had a new tire somewhere that they would give me when I came back for the alignmentThat was it the only complaints I had! It is a nice vehicle I do like it, it is just not what I was lead to believe I was buyingI can close the month long delay by documentation of a host of phone calls and stopping in to pick up the tire that was never there.and the date I never got for the alignmentI have documentation of calls and dates I stopped in as well as the result , which was left message no return callI would be glad to mail via US Post , fax or scan and send if you wish along with other documentation concerning the [redacted] and the [redacted] and the Unprofessional way they are being swapped all around Please know this is all happening because after trying to get what they promised done was NOT happening so I went to get it, (the alignment) done on my own and would ask them to reimburse meAfter all they have been so honest for 20+ years along with being so straight up and caring people it shouldn’t be a problemSo what happens next is crazyThe tires can’t be realigned as they are in too bad shape to align properlyBut wait ! It was just inspected in December .No It wasn’t the stickers have NO VIN# on them recordsA check with the Deptof Inspections indicate it was last done in of 2014, but I am not due for inspection till of how can that be? That’s another matterAlso it is not an all wheel drive vehicleI was shown the front on a lift there are no hubs for all wheel driveI call MrL [redacted] he is insistent it is and runs the VIN# and is surer then ever it isWait or he bought it that way and didn’t know, or it was hit in a nearby fast food outlet and his body man put a different trunk lid on itHe was sure one of them was trueI just asked him to do the right thing and refund me the difference in a [redacted] and a ***I was willing to understand it was just an oversight, a mistake, just be fareNO WAY! He exclaimed I drove that car and there is nothing wrong with itI asked him again to please just do what he knows is right and fareNo Luck so I file with the Revdex.com and other agenciesI have abundant documentation to support my claim if you likePlease provide me your choice of delivery, e mail, fax or US PostageLastly to address the negotiation, how could I negotiate for a two wheel drive vehicle when all parties were under the impression it was an all wheel drive? This is ashame that there is people like this in this country I have given this guy everything he asked for and refuses everything again he inspected the car with a mechanic for an hour before he purchased the car and at no time he said he has no interest in the car He also signed an where is waiver Drove home and started trashing me You need to put an end to this emailing I am no longer communicating with him He says he works all the time It looks like he has to much time on his hand emailing you guys

We recently sold a [redacted] to Mr [redacted] for $on an [redacted] auction site They drove in from Tennessee to drive it home They drove the car on a test drove and found nothing wrong with the car mechanically They found that a cup holder was cracked and refuse the sale on the car The quickly wanted money off of the car and and was very demanding Again the car was a year old car for the amount of $ Our policy on [redacted] is that all bids and sales are final and we have a non-refundable deposit clause so if this is the case we must relist the car to hopefully resale Our policy is below and is clearly stated in all our internet ads I have tried to please this couple but they refuse all inputs and threatened me to no end They understood when they put there bid n the auction that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITPLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUSLY INTERESTED IN BUYING AND PAYING FOR THIS VEHICLE!Up for bid is a [redacted] This vehicle has 3rd row, V-tec cylinder, CD player, cold a/c and good heat, interior is in great shape and has been professionally detailed, decent tires with alloy rims, engine runs good and transmission shifts smooth with no issues, engine light is on due to idle position sensor but will be replaced and fixed, exterior is in fair shape couple dings and scratchesThis vehicle is ready for a new owner today!!! 2/20/17To whom it may concern:Back on 2/11/our company sold a car thru [redacted] ( [redacted] ) in the amount of $All our vehicles are sold AS IS WHERE IS on [redacted] siteCustomer arrived at the lot with his father that Saturday to pick the vehicle upWhile here they spent a few hours looking at the vehicle including a test drive and have discovered there were some issues with the car and was willing to keep the car if they purchased the car for $11000, Our company agreed to sell them the car for $less then the price of the bid and they agreed to buy knowing the car needs a few thing to make rightThey then drove the car miles home with no problems, These guys looked this car over very well while here and were very familiar with the mechanics of the vehicle and what to look forWe then receive a phone text with threatening language "If we do not help them it will get ugly when we cross paths"That it will cost more than expected and we want more money.We have been in business for more than years and never receive threatening text before like this.Your complaint says he bought the car for $We have a receipt PAID IN FULL $11000.These two customers are full of lies and treats and we do not appreciate the acts they are trying to perform and would like this to come to an end.C and B Motors [redacted] Norwood, PA ***Please call me with any problems at [redacted] Thank You for your help in this matterThank You Dino L

about three months ago I purchased a [redacted] from the dealerthe check engine and oil light keeps coming onalso there were some putty issues on the pipes that were told were gonna be fixed and months later still nothingYesterday it was degress out and my key would not start the car because the ignition was jammedAfter all said and done I will be paying almost 12,for a [redacted] that is worth abot topsi understand it's a but there are too many issues that are going wrong and at this point with a wife and a three year old I do not feel safe driving itthis will be my second complaint to the Revdex.comAfter the first complaint I was told that it was gonna get fixedAfter a few attemps of contact I am just getting the run around at this pointThis place was our only option at the time and we were told we were gonna take care of usI do not feel safe in this vehichle and someting really needs to be donewe have tried many times to get this fixed and no resultswe need help please if possible please put us in a more realible vehichleits not worth paying a car payment for a car that is nothing but problems

To whom it may concern,On December 11, *** *** arrived at C and B Motors to purchase a vehicleAfter greeting and discussing purchasing options we narrowed his search down to two different vehiclesThe two vehicles up for question were a *** ** and a *** ***At first *** *** was leaning more towards the *** ** and originally left a deposit on itWhen returning to C and B Motors for the second time to take delivery of his vehicle, *** *** had enlightened us that he has changed his mind and would rather purchase the *** ***So by request we changed all the paperwork over to the *** *** made the decision himself to purchase the *** over the *** **, and was extremely happy with the ***, the way it drives, looks, etcSo we proceeded to delivering the *** *** to *** ***At time of delivery we agreed with *** *** that we would supply him with a GPS map disc for the vehicle, which we supplied a couple days laterThe *** was actually a personal driver for one of the employees of C and B Motors, the car was driven daily and there was no known issues with the carThe car was professionally maintained and extremely well up kept*** *** was extremely happy with our customer service to the point where we had talked here and there about the vehicle and how happy he was with it, and how well it runs.A month later *** *** contacted us at C and B Motors and told us that he had an alignment done to the vehicle, and during the alignment the mechanic told *** *** the vehicle was not AWD*** *** then accused C and B Motors of selling him the *** under pretenses of it being an AWD vehicle and also planting a on the deck lid of the vehicle stating that it is an AWDWe sold *** *** the vehicle exactly as we received it, there was absolutely NO alterations made to itWe here at C and B Motors have been in business for 20+ years, and we are known here for being honest, straight up, caring peopleRegardless of the matter *** *** is seeking a refund for $for the difference between an AWD and a 2WD *** ***, but none the less he purchased the vehicle for $13,as stated on the Bill Of Sale *** *** signed$13,was the price negotiated between both parties, now if *** *** later down the line found out that he may have overpaid a bit there is nothing we could do at this pointIf there was a pricing issue, that should have been discussed and negotiated before all documents were signed and the Vehicle was driven off the lotI AM offended that *** *** is accusing us of selling the car under pretenses THE *** *** MEANS IT IS A PACKAGE WHICH CONSISTS OF EITHER ONE OR ALL OF ***, PUSH TO BUTTON START OR ALL WHEEL DRIVEONE OF OR ALL OF THE ABOVE IS WHAT THIS CONSISTS OF This is going to far and I would like to end this as peaceful as possible He is harassing me to no extent and I am getting tired of the nasty writing he is writing about our company and well take this further if needed for SLANDER. I have tried very hard to please this customer. Has not worked and is very hard to please. Please put an end to this complaint. Customer did NOT buy the car, and there is nothing I can do to help him.I need this customer to leave our company alone as he has made this impossible to deal with. There is nothing we can do from here. If he want the car it is still available, and if he does not that is OK

3/31/16C and B Motors is replying back for a *** truck I have sold back in January of this year via internetCustomer called us numerous times concerning this truck to purchase and we disclosed all information to the description of this truckWe disclose to him all information including
numerous pictures of front/side/rear and all of interior and under carriageWe also explain to him there are wear and tear issues that we do NOT fix since we do not have a mechanic on site and that is how he will be purchasing itWe gave him every opportunity to locate a local mechanic near our dealership and will be more than happy to drop it off since he is from New MexicoCustomer did NOT want to spend the extra $for a local mechanic to inspect the vehiclePlease help me resolve this issue for we should have no responsibility for oil changes and brakes and all wear and tear items.Please call me with any problems at ###-###-####Thank You for your help in this matterThank You Dino L

We at C and B Motors sold this *** and was called numerous times about repairing the vehicle. We have no problem fixing the vehicle and also express to them it is no problem. There have been numerous times customer threatened us or else and all we said is drop the vehicle off to our

1/26/2016To whom it may concern:Cand B Motors sold a *** *** to a *** *** on September 25, in the amount of $After bank financing we received a check from the bank for $C and B Motors net was a little over $and we did everything in our power to help these people and even had to deal with his threatening phone calls to our dealershipThe reason he owes so much money on this car is because of the high interest the bank gave to him because of his lack of good creditWe cannot help thatThe small things that are wrong with the car we told them numerous times to bring the *** in and we have a mechanic look at it and they have not brought the *** inWe had some days here in Pennsylvania where the weather was below degrees and my personal car would not even turncannot take the blame for mother nature.Please call me with any problems at ###-###-####Thank You for your help in this matterThank You Dino L
