C & C has a FJC Officer by the name of Nelson and all he does is talk about all the tenants business which is by law confidentialAt no time should he be consulting any tenants business with anybody elseHe's al day gossiping with tenants and hanging out with the drug dealersWe want a reliable responsible officer to secure our premisesNot Janine around or gossiping with everybody or getting off the premises to other developments to gossipHis job is to secure the premises not to be in everybody's businessThis officer is not professional respectful or reliableCan't be trustedThank you

The first shop I went to did not complete the job correctlyThis resulted in breaking down againFrank here any coquitlam mister transmission took the job on and got it done in a professional timely mannerIt has been six months now and the transmission is holding up greatI would recommend him and his shop of enthusiastic employees

I was extremely pleased with the work done by the mechanic as well as the customer service by Emily. Emily was able to answer all my questions and had a great attitude. After 3 repair shops told me they would not replace my clutch due to the amount of hours required, I was glad my experience at Mister Transmission Coquitlam was a positive one. Thanks again!

I been waiting to for over 2 months for management to get back to me about my apllication status. They transfer my calls to voicemails. I never get a call back. I see multiple vacancies online and when you call they are not available. I left several messages for Sonya. I'm a single mother trying to get a apartment in Manhattan. I work for the city. They are not helpful. I keep getting the run around.

This management group offers the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been trying for months now to have 1 little issue resolved. I have been paying monthly for an AC unit that I've never seen...I'm not sure even exists...all I want is for them to stop charging me and remove the charges already incurred.
That's all.
Companies everywhere cancel subscriptions and give refunds all the time. The kicker is that they've agreed to stop charging me multiple times AND to give me the refund. It just NEVER appears/is reflected on my statement. There are still new charges and the old ones have yet to be refunded.

My dealings with C & C management is that they aren't the greatest business people. They try to bring you in for interviews to apply for apartments and don't tell you all the details before you waste your days pay from work to appear there. First scheduled interview they explained it was on a first come first serve basis after I got there. Second interview which I was unable to appear but asked to be rescheduled then the rep called to say she couldn't assist me due to my voucher didn't cover a 3 bdrm instead of a two, so imagine if I would of appeared there, ANOTHER DAY OF WASTED TIME!
