Review: 1- DEC-19 Per AAA advice over the phone to fix my Transmission ,I request from AAA to towing my Land Rover.2- I called the C & M and they told me the are providing free check up on the transmission with no charge in addition they can provide a free towing to my car so I told them I prefere to use AAA which I did and droped the car @ there shop . 3- I was keep calling everyday for 3 days to know what is the car need and I received the same answer from the Gentleman working there his name is Justin we will check the car and let you and the keep extending the time , then I called on the fourth day and they told me the all transmission need to replaced in addition to the from shift drive and they told me please give us sometime to find you a good price , then I called again after 2 days they advice they found used part and cost 1400 $ in addition 800 $ labor , I was find with the labour but the price was too much on used parts so I checked the ebuy I found same parts cost $ 575 so I called them and request to shipped to me which will may take 2 weeks as its holiday seasons . 4- I found its may better to sell the car other than fix it so I called Justin and told him it seem there are some people interest buying my car so I might sell it . 5- On the first on Jan I sold my car to a gentleman and pay me cash . 6- Jan 2nd they called me to findout about someone was checking on the car and I told then I already sold it yesterday and your shop was Off .last , they become rude to me and they told me we will charge you 35 $ for keeping the car in addition our checkup time since the begging on DEC-19 , I told then in a polit way let;s try to make things work I can pay for your time but but not that amount as its over the car price so Justin told me let me check with owner and call you shortly which never happen . Finally, after calling them over 5 time as I need to let the new owner to get the car ASAP they still didnot get back to me and refuse to release the car and I really need this ASAP .Desired Settlement: I need them to release the car without any trouble or I may call the police to assist
