Review: I had four jobs done over 3 years to repair my flat roof. One March 2011, May 2012, Dec 2013 and April 2014.[redacted] and his assistant claimed to have sealed leaking seams on each of these jobs.I have recently had four roofing contractors give me estimates to replace the roof. They all told me the same thing.Those seams that were supposedly repaired were the cause for the most recent leak in my roof.When I called [redacted] about the leak in July he failed to return my call.He told me the work was guaranteed for a year.The work completed in May 2012 had a written warranty for three years.Desired Settlement: The totals for all the work was $2050. However the only contract that has a written warranty on it. It was for the work completed in May 2012. That was in the amount of $750.00The work completed in Dec 2013 and April 2014 totaled $1025 but he failed to write the warranty on the contract and had only given a 1 year verbal guarantee.
