My local Home Depot offers a "free" service through Miami Valley Water to test the water in your home In the past year I have submitted at least three requests to have my water tested! In two separate requests I wrote a letter asking if they still provide the service and could they calll me at home to provide the results To date I have not received any call or letter from Miami Valley Water

Review: 1) My primary issue is that the doors are inherently defective. Rather than the normal arrangement of a door fitted with the [redacted] and deadbolt lock and a “dummy door which only receives the bolt from the active door, both of the doors have been fitted for door knobs and deadbolts. This results in a situation in which two sets of door knobs and deadbolts would be in direct conflict with each other and is an obvious defect.Desired Settlement: The contractor knowingly installed an inherently flawed product which he had failed to properly inspect. If proper inspection had been done he could have refused the item at the store but I'm left with seriously flawed doors which will not close or lock.
