Review: Our car was repoed by [redacted], however Friday morning we paid our fine and they released our car and verified that our car was released. We called to let them know and the girl hung up after saying if we dont get there before they close thats our problem, we will have to pay the fees for every day. From 11am to 11pm we left several messages for them to call us back we want to pick up our car. we got not response. That Saturday and Sunday we tried calling yet again,nothing. 8am Monday morning, nothing. They finally called us back at 10am, to tell us that our fees were for everyday that weekend as well and its not their problem they close early (10am) on fridays. Oh yeah and that they only open for appts. However, then I asked what time our appt is today to pick up our car and she says, oh we open til 3pm. Then yet again, my husband asks for the owners number to speak to him about the fees, that should not be charged to us and she said nope you cant speak to him and can not have his number sorry. If you want your car you have to bring us $450 dollars In CASH. Today.Desired Settlement: We would like the refund for Saturday and Sunday and Monday. She told us storage fees were $75. a day then it goes up to $ 450. It was not our fault they decided to close early, when in the banks eyes they are suppose to be available 24 hours. They intentionally held our car from us to make more money.
