We signed a contract with C & B Custom Concrete in October to resurface our pool patio. Weather delayed the progress and they determined that it was in the best interest to complete the job in the spring. The last contact I had with the company was on February 9 via email. They stated that they hoped to contact us soon to schedule completion. I have tried to contact them several times via cell phone and email with no response. I have paid them half of the estimate and have an incomplete project.
