Review: In the fall of 2013, I paid CB Lawn Systems $70.02 to shut down my sprinkler system for the winter. This task was not done properly, and as a result, a pipe burst during the winter resulting in a $160 emergency plumbing repair bill. Since May 12th, I have been trying to get CB Lawn Systems to repair the sprinkler system that was damaged due to one of their employee's negligence. On two separate occasions I was told that a Technician would be sent to fix the problem, and both times I took time off from work, and no one from the company showed up. Now, after thirteen weeks of patiently waiting for the system to be repaired, the company will not return my phone calls and I still have not been reimbursed for my expenses.Desired Settlement: 1) CB Lawn Systems will repair the damaged sprinkler in a timely manner, including Zone 2 and the system timer.2) Reimbursement of $70.02 that I paid to the company to shut down the system last November (this task was not done properly resulting in a burst pipe during the winter).3) Reimbursement of $160.00 to hire an emergency plumber in January to shut down sprinkler system.4) Repair dried out lawn in Zone 2 (back yard) that has been permanently damaged.
