I hired C & B Masonry to repair and epoxy coat my garage floor in May of 2009. When I asked how many years this epoxy covering would last, I was told that I wouldn't ever have to worry about it. By spring of 2012, I noticed small spots where the epoxy had lifted. By fall of 2012, those spots had become quite large. I called their primary number and found it to be out of service. I called a second number and left approx. 9 messages over a 3 week period for [redacted] and never heard back. I ended up hiring another company to re-do this work. This was particularly important to me as I have a room below my garage and had reinforcement done to the metal deck (room ceiling/garage floor) by a structural engineer.
