I believe that there is a communication gap My office had discussions with *** *** and 100% offered to take care of all concerns She was unwilling to Accept this and offered the final discounted payment in lieu of us returning At this point, we are willing to re-open the job and return to address any issues in exchange for the final balance. Good Morning -The customer took her own discount and under-paid the final balance by $200.  We accepted the payment.We had offered to take care of any and all concerns prior to the customer making the final payment.I believe all is resolved at this point.Thank you,Wade [redacted]

Good Morning-I have reviewed the complaint and spoken with my technician that worked on the pool.  Unfortunately, we did not touch the [redacted] while we were at the customer's home.  The [redacted] is separate from the work we did.  Further, there would be no reason to even look...

at it.  Returning to the home to remove the cap would require a charge.  Kind regards,Wade

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Even though the discount was applied and accepted by the business, the issues were not corrected nor was any attempt made to correct the issues. All communication with the business was adversarial and combative, the business was unwilling to even discuss our concerns stating that as far as they were concerned the job was fully complete.  What they said they would do was far removed from what they did.

This is my understanding of the situationWe received a signed invoice and payment from Mr. [redacted]. When Mrs. [redacted] returned home, she called our office and wanted a refund (but the work had already been agreed to, completed, and paid for).  Our office offered her a FREE service call...

including system adjustments ($89 value) that she could use anytime in the future.She declined the offer and filed with the Revdex.com.Thank you.

I met with Mr. [redacted] reviewed options for a sprinkler system on [redacted]d. During this visit he informed me install would take 1 day and they'd need to get in the garage to install the control panel. The original date for install was [redacted]th. I had to leave due to a death in the family and notified Mr. [redacted] I'd have two other people available to let the technician in the garage. It was suggested we switch dates to [redacted]th and I agreed. I informed Mr. [redacted] that I do not typically get home until approximately 5:45 and that would be the earliest I could open the garage. He stated he'd have someone there. I requested some vacation time to leave early to allow the technician to work in the day time. When I arrived home workers were still there but said they would not finish until the next day. They left with wholes and dirt turned up at 4:55pm. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and stated the condition of the yard could be a problem with the HOA and requested to have the system completed on the **th to include install of the garage panel at 5:45. It was agreed. [redacted]th pipes were placed in the ground and the majority of the wholes filled. I texted Mr. [redacted] b/c I was able to leave work a little early and he stated a technician would be at my house around 5. However the technician never showed to install the garage panel. I called Mr. [redacted] at 5:50 and stated my concern and asked if this is how the warranty portion would work. Mr. [redacted] and I both stayed calm and he apologized for the situation. On a personal note Mr. [redacted] is a nice person and I know situations happen. However, I am very unhappy with the service as of now. In my opinion, the technician could have contacted Mr. [redacted] to inform him that he would be late or not show so I could be notified and not waste my time. I am also very disappointed that this process is going into its third day and was supposed to take only one day. This is having an impact on my schedule and my psyche.
