them.since first being notified of the vinyl issue. Our only problem is that we don't want to have the exact same issue happen again with defective film so we have been trying to see what ** can assure us but getting any definitive help has been futile.We would love to have the customer choose a different color of vinyl from one of the many other manufacturers we use (unfortunately none make an exact match to the ** color the customer originally chose).We haven't avoided contact with the customer by any means, we have just been hoping that, finally, ** would be able to assure us a new roll of vinyl would not fail like the current one, then we could get the customer in and the films switched out.
