C2C Auto Services has failed to honor its warranty C2C Auto Services warranty specifically stipulates "that the shop will provide repair services pursuant to a warranty," but then charging complainant for repair work covered by warranty C2C Auto Services has also failed to complete repairs as represented to complainant in the repair work agreement All in all, C2C Auto Services has violated the Deceptive trade Practice Act Their business practices are deceptive

Review: My car was first taken to C & C Auto Service for overheating problems. My car was in the shop three and half months before it was repaired. I paid $3062.90 and my car continues to over heat. I have taken my car several times for the same problem. On April 3rd, 2013 I took my car again because it over heated. It's been at the shop for two weeks. I am waiting on an estimate on repairs. On April 11th, 2013, the owner explained that they were in the process of moving location to give them until Monday, April 15th. I've left several messages and have received no calls or messages.Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed in a timely manner or a car provided until my car is repaired. If they are unable to fix my car and solve the over heating problem I would like my money refunded.
