Review: I am writing this letter in a form of complaint regarding the service your and your Company did on my jet ski last fall. I took the ski to you in July. 2012 because it was not running at all. You gave me every assurance that you would have my ski running in 2 to 3 weeks. Eight weeks later (and as the season was ending) you finally returned my call telling me that the $2,600 you quoted me was no longer a good number because there were additional repairs that should be done on the ski

and you would need another $830.00 bringing the total to $3434.00. You stated that you could not do the job on your own and took the ski to [redacted] here in

Columbus and, they had given me a 2 year warranty on the ski.

You told me that you had taken it out and it performed perfectly, after ** worked on it, however by then it was really cold and I was not comfortable with going out myself. I believed you because I had o reason not to. This year (actually June 8, 2013) I took my son and brother (whom we will get to shortly) up to Alum Creek

for a ride on the ski. Well as you probably can guess, the jet ski would not run and

so we towed it home again. I took the ski to [redacted], as you directed me in our phone conversation a couple of days later and they said that they NEVER offered a

2 year warranty but would fix it for an additional charge. I do not think I should

have to pay anything more and in fact I think I should have the $830.00 back that I

gave you for nothing. If you did not know how to work on the ski you should have

told me that in the beginning and I would have gone elsewhere.

During the transit of my ski on your truck from Westerville to Delaware, you also

bent a bar on my brother's ski. Since they were on 1 trailer I assumed you would be

watchful of the other ski. My brother [redacted] called you several times to ask

you to repair the damage on his ski but you refused to speak with him and finally he

had the work done himself.

I know that your business is fairly new in the boat restoration and repair

department and I am sure that this is not the reputation you wish to get started

with. I am therefore asking you to refund my money and am NOT asking you to

repair my jet ski because, frankly, I am afraid of additional damage done by you and your Company.

I await your reply. Desired Settlement: I am therefore asking you to refund my money
