Purchased 2008 Impala. From the get go had an issue with transmission. Took car back to them where it stayed for a week. Was told they could not find anything. Took car back a 2nd time, they flushed transmission car stayed a week. Took car back a 3rd time after we had to pay a dealership to tell us what was wrong. CC Ryder did replace shifter valve. Again we had to pay dealership to find this. Still car is having same surging issue as first trip back. Took car back for 4th time, car stayed another week. This time told it is just the "character" of the car. No car has the character to surge as if it is not getting fuel when you start to move or on hwy doing a set speed. After we got it back the 4th time we had to replace damper module because it evidently got damage, battery does not seem to be fully charged now and the stability track warning light comes on. We have had full tune up completely done and flushed fuel injectors. Replaced 2 tire sensors.
We understand this is a used car, we do not understand why we have to pay for a car that does not run properly!
