Review: Just received my 2 pound order of Blue Mountain coffee. I would like to attached a photo of Blue Mountain on the right and a medium roast Colombian Coffee on the left. Both are a medium roast. What a difference in color. The Colombian is nice and dark with some trace of oil and the Blue Mountain is light brown and dry, almost tan. I'm very disappointed with the quality and taste of this very expensive coffee, $35.00 a pound. I remember buying it from [redacted] in 2003 and 2004 her in [redacted]. It was much better then; smooth and delicious. This batch is not. I would like a new batch sent or refund my money please. I did call to follow up on my email this morning. I was told there will be no refund given. I asked where it stated that on the website. I was told by the owner of the company that he did not have time for this and told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Give me my $70.00 back. It's that simple.
