Mr [redacted] replaced three columns on my front porch, trimmed and painted them. I now have brown markings showing through the paint.

I contacted Mr [redacted] to repairs to my home around 5/28/13. Mr [redacted] quoted me a price of $275.00 parts and labor via text message after coming out to look at what he needed to repair. He started the job a few days later 6/3/13 and completed it 6/6/13. The deal was for him to take the existing columns down and put replace making them look the same as the old columns,just better quality with better support. When he replaced the columns he thought he was just going to leave them unpainted and untrimmed, which I thought was very unprofessional. He finally painted/trimmed the columns, which was an additional $100.00.He painted without caulking any holes or imperfections until I asked is that suppose to be done he told me he try to get paint in the cracks and then he caulk once he is done painting. We had a power outage in the area due to high winds and my home was running off a generator with winds open. He brought some friends with him to help paint and they wasted paint on the concrete porch and was getting it up with gasoline. When I arrived home my house was filled with gas fumes because the living room window was open in the area where he was working. My son and I suffer with migraine headaches and not to mention I have a small dog in the home the fumes where so strong in the house I had to let the dog outside in the backyard and my son left. When I mentioned it to him he laughed and resumed painting. The columns began to show brown spots through the paint a few weeks after the job was completed the more time has gone by the more spots appear. I contacted Mr [redacted] 7/16/13 via text message and sent pictures of the columns he told me he had no idea why that was happening and he would come by to take a look because he put 5 coats of paint on the columns. Today is 10/9/13 and I have not had any contact with Mr [redacted]. These columns are on the front of my home and look very unattractive with the brown spots on them. This appearance is very embarrassing and I almost hate to entertain because everyone want to know what is wrong with them.
