Review: hi I ordered a cd from import cds on feb 22nd. they sent me the wrong cd. they are a amazon seller so I called amazon. I was told by amazon to return the cd to them and they would reimburse me the postage. both amazon and I sent emails to them stating that fact and I explained the problem in my email to importCDS in detail. they received the cd on mar 3rd via usps tracking. I received an email from import cds on mar 8th asking for the tracking number of the return and saying I would receive an email refund confirmation message as soon as my return had been received and processed. I sent them another email asking if they were talking about a refund for my postage or the total order. (thinking they may no longer have the cd I ordered). I didn't get a reply. I emailed them 6 times thru amazon after mar 8th about the postage issue. (they did reimburse me for the initial CD order on mar 19th for $11.28) I got an email from them today mar 21st saying to contact them before I return an item. their customer service is among the worst I've ever seen. I called them once, after going thru great pains to find their tel# and waited on the phone for 15 minutes and still no one answered so I finally hung up. this is no way for a company to do business. they knew exactly what was going on right from the get go thru correspondence from me thru amazon and from amazon as well. they dragged their feet and didn't address the issue...and still won't address the issue. doing business with them cost me $6.95 "FOR NOTHING". THEY GOT "THEIR" CD BACK BECAUSE I DID THE RIGHT THING AND RETURNED IT TO THEM THINKING THEY WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING AND REIMBURSE ME THE POSTAGE IT COST ME TO RETURN IT TO THEM AND AS I WAS TOLD TO DO BY AMAZON. why am I paying for importCDS mistake? can't you give them a talking to or something to make things right? thanks for listening. edDesired Settlement: $6.95 postage reimbursement. my cost to return the wrong cd they sent me back to them.

Review: This is an online company from which I bought a CD on Dec. 27, 2013. I received an email saying it was shipped on Dec. 30 but I never received it and the tracking numbers they provided are no good. I have contacted them through their website three times and they will not reply. They do not provide a phone number and the number I found online will never connect me to a real person. My payment has been processed, but I have no cd and no way to contact them to check on the order.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive my CD or be given a refund.

Review: I ordered two c.ds on June 2nd, and got a status shipment update sent to my email on July 13th saying that it was partially shipped meaning one c.d arrived, and the other did not. The reciept says item is recieved between 3-13 days. Although they said it's supposed to arrive on the 13th it hasn't. Status Update Email Reads: Product Opened. I did not receive any c.ds in my mail on this date, nor did I open any packages from import CDS, or recieve notification that my shipment has been delayed. I wouldn't be concerned if I got a reply to just say that shipping has been delayed but I've tried multiple times and no reply from them. Do they even exist or are they a fraudulent company stealing people's money without shipping any items? My charge was only 20 dollars, so I am not really concerned about that, I am just worried how many other people this company has scammed and for so much more money. There is no contact information at all, and this should of been a first red flag. Now I have to inform the person I bought it for that has been anxiously waiting for weeks and weeks that his c.d is not coming. Yes, we should all look into ordering things from a non-popular website, but they also shouldn't be allowed to scam people and get away with it.

I really hope that something gets turned out of this situation before someone else spends over 100 dollars without no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my c.ds I ordered, or refund. If no response I would personally like an explanation to know why it is a company is not responding to anyone's complaints, emails, or at least sending their orders in and out. I can ship clothing from China and it'd be hear sooner. It's been almost a month now.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: I purchased a vinyl record on ebay from this seller. They described the product in their listing as being a "limited edition, light blue colored" record. It was not light blue, or limited edition. The seller would not respond to my concerns. Ebay offered to pay for my return shipping, but I want the record that was described in their listing. I do not simply want to go through the hassle of sending the product back to the seller if they will not communicate with me or I can be assured that they will send me the item that I purchased in good faith.Desired Settlement: I want the item that was described in the seller's ebay listing. I will send the wrong record that I received back, if I know someone will communicate with me and will send me the correct item.

Review: I placed an order on 1/27/14 at importCDs.com for Boardwalk Empire season 1 on Blu-Ray. The item was in backstock for two weeks. On 2/13/14, I rec'd a cancellation email on the item. However, on their site it still shows as backordered and they have yet to refund my money after two follow-up emails requesting they do so.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: Our company has spent thousands of dollars at this online retailer. The retailer now refuses to ship us products because of multiple shipping mistakes they have made on many orders. The last 3 orders had errors in pulling items.Each time we place an order, there is now an instant refund. This is not a problem of us as the buyer but their company.Desired Settlement: We would like to continue to spend money at your establishment but you also have to look at all the internal errors your company does with pulling merchandise. We should not be discriminated against because of your errors. There are laws against this action you are performing.

Review: Incorrect item received...returned per instructions 19, July 2014. No response. Called three weeks later, told it takes up to 30 days to process. Second letter 1, September....no reply. All paper work sent according to their instructions. Packing slip requests returns be sent to Shepherdsville, Ky with all required papers....I did so. The catalog says returns should go to Irvine. This is confusing. I realize this is an insignificant amount and apologize for bringing it to you but am so darn frustrated that no one will call or write or email anything. This is a poor way to do business. Perhaps just knowing I have contacted your office will catch their attention. The item (a video) was only about $50 but, as I am sure you have heard before, it is the principal.

Review: On March 3, 2015 at 0222 am, I placed an order with importcds.com. According to the website, all the cd's I ordered and paid for were in stock and would ship between 5-10 business days. On Tuesday March 10, 2015, I received a package from import cd's. Upon opening the package, I found 4 cd's that were not at all what I ordered.

The address on the box was correct and the shipping label / contents label was all correct but the items in the box were completely wrong. I then contacted the company

by email and phone. I was told a supervisor would call me back. It has now been almost 24 hours and I have yet to receive a call back. I did receive an email stating

they would sent the appropriate cd's only after they had received the inappropriate cd's and one cd is now on backorder so it will be a few weeks at least before it even arrives at the store. So, now I will not be receiving the items I ordered and paid for within the 5-10 days I was promised. This is a mistake made entirely by their company and I am the one being punished. I needed these cd's by next week because they are being taken out of the country to my elderly father. Now, I will not be

able to take them with me and if my father is still alive when I do receive the cd's, I will have to ship them to Australia which is very pricey. This is poor advertisement and customer relations to promise one thing and deliver something entirely different..... different product and different time of arrival. This is not fair and not appropriate. It is their mistake. They need to do better to make this right.Desired Settlement: Import CD's needs to make this right. This has been a lot of undue stress for me that should have never been. I would like to receive the cd's I ordered, in the time in

which they were promised and there needs to be some compensation for the issues they have caused me. This is not an appropriate way of doing business.

Part of the series on one DVD (of four)just will not play/ LOCKS UP.Your response was found to be an unwanted surprise!We understand that our 30 day return policy had been surpassed, however, this does not negate the fact that your product is defective.Do you think we receive a DVD and sit down to watch the entire video in one night?! NO! We like to enjoy an item, make it last. So,we view it over several days and weeks, when it is convenient. Apparently you have nothing better to do, I DO! It is clear to us, from your letter, that a customer can purchase a DVD, then they are on their own. How sad!I too have a business. We give our customers every opportunity to enjoy, appreciate, and as needed, recover from their purchase of our product if it is found to be defective. WE make every effort to help our customer. We also found your letter to be very rude! "IT MIGHT BEHOOVE YOU" to be more assistive, BUT WE DO NOT SEND LETTERS WITH THE STATEMENT "IT MIGHT BEHOOVE YOU. Very childish, rude , and condensending! Review: On several occasions the products that I ordered were defective - about 50% of the time my orders were faulty, broken or defective and required a return/refund. On several occasions the orders would remain open for weeks without sending the item or communication about what the hold up was with the order. I began filing disputes in [redacted] because it seemed like a large number of these orders were faulty; because of my disputes in [redacted], the vendor has closed my account entirely. The vendor still owes me for the last transaction that they voluntarily closed.Desired Settlement: Refund of $15.47.

Review: Over the past 5 orders placed with this company, all money for orders have been taken but no orders shipped. This last order is #5 in a row where we have paid money to this company but not received any product that we have ordered. This company has received an "F" rating for failure to send product after taking customer's money. This form of online sales is theft.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund for this order and their company closed.
