I ordered a custom closet in my master bedroom from this company, and paid for them in full prior to having them installed. After 5 months of multiple phone calls/emails on my part (most of which were not returned) and several excuses on the part of the company owner, my closet was installed. It unfortunately was installed with missing and incorrect items which resulted in 1 additional month before my closet was correctly and completely installed. When I complained to the owner and requested a refund he agreed with the lack of good customer service of his company, and agreed to give me a refund before the end of the year 2011. The middle of January of this year (2012) I called him to inquire about my refund (which I still have not received), and he claimed he had recently placed the check in the mail. It has now been 2 weeks since that phone call, and I still have not received the refund he promised nor have I heard from him regarding the matter.
