we had this company pour a cement patio a year ago and almost immediately started having problems with cracking through out the patio. We called them and e-mailed them and finally they came out and looked at it and ran a sample at our request for the hardness/strength of the cement that was delivered-they said it was fine? They then said they could score the concrete and stain it into a flagstone effect as opposed to replacing the whole thing-we agreed to this and really were trying to be fair in not wanting to make them do that. So they did this and after it was finished the stain and the sealer were probably not compatible so it developed a milky haze . We called and e-mailed them several times and finally got them to come out and look at it. They have not been communicative at all in getting back to us even though they promised to take care of it over and over again. It has now been a year and we still do not have a usuable patio in so far as being attractive-it is really unsightly. We have the e-mails sent back and forth and the last one they have not responded to at all. Thank you
