We had the semi fixed at another shop that charged us $ 150.00 for the core of the part Elliotts Truck service sold us, Elliots said to return the starter and they would send out a replacement "rebuild Starter" We have been working with them since March they finally sent a replacement on 12/2/11 but it was not the correct part and it looked like it came out of a junk yard Not rebuild. We have asked for a refund of the full amount of the repair plus the core charge of $150.00 totaling $ 795.00 they just keep telling us they will get us a replacement and we don't have another 9 months to wait. We have called an Attorney to take them to court if they don't make good on the warranty or the refund.
