I am currently a tenent of an apt located in Apopka FL that is managed by this company. The [redacted] apts are not inexpenssive they look good to the public eye. Their is a hughe problem with parking the tenents have been begging the mgt for assigned parking of some sort instead of the assigned parking the company opted out for leagalized car theft(towwing) my truck was towwed even though I have a resident sticker, I was furios but later I discovered that one of my lovely neighbors had stolen my lisence plate that is the reason that my car was towed even with it having a resident sticker I was out of 200 dollars for the tow and 100 for taxi and gas moneies paid to indivisuals to take me to work until my off day that would allow me to go and get a replacment plate. During this entire time the mgt NEVER apologized or offered me any compensation for the incident. Normally when you are parked on private property and you are supposed to be there no one can tow your car no matter what! I followed the rules and many nights come home to no place to park, I get victimized and then later charged for it!? I decided to call the mgt company but I quickly realized why the mgt at the complex was so cold and unfeeling. The" gentleman" that I spoke with was anything but graacious he was rude he cut me off while I was speaking and he was very short he never even allowed me to give him the entire story before cutting me off and getting off of the phone with me.I do not reccommend that anyone live in this complex it is just a hair above ghetto and your going to pay out of the nose one way or the other. Not to mention the bugs and issues getting into the gate even having a gate passkey
