I had got an insurance claim through Harper's auto body shop before I went to [redacted]s auto body shop to meet up with a progressive insurance rep for another quote from where a lady had hit my brother an I's truck. Later on I went back to Harper's auto body shop to adjust a few thing on the quote he gave me. I told him I was going to give him ([redacted] the adjuster) $100 for now until he found out more about my parts either being GM or aftermarket parts made in china, which I do not want. I gave him the money ($100) to assure him that I would be back. I talk to my brother and he does not want our truck fixed there, so I stopped there today Thursday October, 18 2012 and ask for my $100 back and he told me no because he had already ordered the parts. I then told him id pay any extra money for fee's possibly for sending them back. [redacted] told me "NO" loudly. Then I quote he said "get the [redacted] out of my shop, your not getting your money back or a bumper at all you drug addict and all sorts of names and words and made me leave. This is the first thing I have done. I came straight home and contacted you guys. Please I need help soon so I can fix our truck and I do not know what to do? Sorry for the quoted cursing.
